Hi
Ive watched some of the videos and agree with many of the, principles. I know from experience though that people who are looking at research work are usually converts. A lot of this work is happening in,England but some educational establishments feel obliged to have a go but there hearts and minds arent in it. So it doesnt work. What do we do about people whowont look at new (not new really – apprenticeships ina new way) Ive experienced this in my own area where I was, told peer pressure was the problem – realistic but not insurmountable. Nor enough resources or not in the right place!
