Christabelle Aranha founded Metálogos Consulting, a network of passionate solopreneurs dedicated to quality education and vocational training, to promote understanding, attitudes, and actions to protect human rights, and to foster the development of free and just communities.

Christabelle is an Indian-born Canadian citizen with post-secondary education in the Social Sciences and Human Rights. She has lived in India, Canada, and Germany. Living, working, and travelling abroad has provided her with invaluable experience both in relating to people from different cultural backgrounds and language learning. She has more than ten years’ experience working in collaboration with a variety of organisations, associations, and local committees in the field of global education and multicultural education for youth as well as adults.

During her academic endeavours she enrolled in courses and volunteered with groups/organisations that increased her awareness of the world and helped her to understand the role she plays on the world stage as well as to develop an understanding for cultural diversity and respect for various world views.

Since 2000 Christabelle has been resident in Hamburg, where she works as a facilitator, trainer, coach, & consultant. She has trained and coached representatives from a wide variety of organisations. She is especially skilled in developing competences in the following key areas: professional language and communication, leadership, interpersonal and intercultural issues, and teamwork. Her practical experience, passion for business & human rights and cultural diplomacy as well as her interest in business anthropology and neuroscience, inspire her as a facilitator and executive coach.
