the blue sky stuff academy is designed as a lifelong learning organisation that offers in addition to courses, a happiness mentor for all members, and a lifelong educational development program.
entry point is a one to one or group needs analysis and personal review ( based on the members CV ), and a coach will work with the member to define learning and development goals, then inspire and motivate the member to reach the goals.
the program is designed both for individual members, and for companies ( small or large) where each individual is assigned a mentor and an in-house academy is created to support and achieve company objectives.
early age – listen speak read program, reading rooms – focus on Mr Men and Dr Suess
school age – group and individual coaching
then - language coaching from native speakers
IT skills from specialist trainers
junior though senior executve management training and development ( CMI accredited MBA provider )
